One Kowloon, Hong Kong
In 2007, One Kowloon opened its front to Hong Kong. But it was a long journey before. Ken traveled to Japan to personally select the boulders and stones that would become the staple of the entrance of One Kowloon. The design brings patrons into the peace of Zen Buddhism, protecting the luxurious beauty that is One Kowloon
2010
International Commerce Centre (ICC)
In recognition of the high standard of quality achieved, the project was awarded a Quality Excellence Award 2012, awarded by QBA, a biennial awards program jointly organized by nine Building Industry associations including The Hong Kong Institute of Architects and The Hong Kong Construction Association.

East Pacific International Center
The East Pacific residences became a City landmark right after the project’s completion. In recognition of the high standard of quality achieved, the project was awarded First Prize in architecture excellence by Shenzhen Bureau of Construction.
